Top Bloodlines Produce the Finest Angus Females
At Carabar Angus Stud, we know the importance of a strong female bloodline to produce cattle with structural soundness, superb eye muscle, intramuscular fat (IMF), growth potential, and quiet temperaments. We regularly update our females in our herd with foundation females and embryos
from many of Australia’s leading studs.
We’ve purchased our other females from some of the finest Angus studs in the breed, such as Comfort Hill, Forres, The Grange, Raff, and Kansas Angus. We’ve also purchased embryo packages from Kansas Angus, Te Mania, Stoney Point, Lawson, and Black Angus Stud.
We artificially inseminate or flush these stud cows with semen from some of the breed’s top sires. Below is a short brief about our top females:

Top quality donor cow. Dam of Carabar Docklands L36 who was the top price angus bull in Australia For 2017. H180 is in the top 10% of the breed for calving ease, gestation days to calving and carcase .

A very good donor cow a full sister to Carabar Blackcap Mary H180. H187 is in the top 10% for 12 of the breed indexes. H187 has great birth to growth weights spread and positive fat cover.
